*Complete the 6 hour Broker Responsibility Course as part of your 18 hours of CE if you:
    • have sponsored one or more sales agents;
    • served as the designated broker for a business entity broker that sponsors sales agents; or
    • have been made a supervisor of other license holders

Stay current and maintain active status with the required Real Estate Sales Agent Continuing Education (CE) Courses

Your real estate license must be renewed every two years if you are a real estate sales agent or broker. Certain continuing education courses are required as part of the renewal process and others are electives at the agent’s discretion.

If you are an active salesperson or broker, we offer everything you need to complete your 18 hours of required education for every 2-year renewal period, including the required TREC Legal Update I and II Courses, plenty of elective courses to meet your 10-hour elective requirement and contract-related coursework to complete the mandatory 3-hour requirement.
