You will learn how to use Excel to perform regression analysis and basic statistical calculations, and to create graphs you can use in listing presentations or CMA. The new skills you learn will help you calculate adjustments for your CMA using methods used by appraisers. At the end of the course, you will have a better understanding of the decisions appraisers make when selecting comparable sales and making adjustments.
This course is a follow-up to Appraisal Essentials: What Every Agent Needs to Know.
