Continuing Education for Home Inspectors

Home Inspectors Continuing Education Requirements

Stay current and maintain active status with the required Home Inspector Continuing Education (CE) Courses

Your home inspector license must be renewed every two years if you are a real estate home inspector or professional home inspector. Certain continuing education courses are required as part of the renewal process and others are electives at the agent’s discretion.

If you are an active real estate inspector or professional inspector, we offer everything you need to complete your 32 hours of required education for every 2-year renewal period, including the required TREC Inspector Legal & Ethics and Standards of Practice Review Courses, plenty of elective courses to meet your requirement. We are a one-stop shop for Texas home inspector education online.

Please note: An Inspector is not eligible to receive more than 16 hours of Continuing Education (CE) Credit for any single subject during a license period.
