Real Estate Marketing
Real Estate marketing covers the essential concepts of proper marketing of the licensee and/or the properties to maximize the success of the student meeting the clients’s needs and the customer’s wants. As required by The Real Estate License Act, this course includes a discussion of professionalism and ethics, characteristics of successful salesperson, time management, psychology of marketing, listing procedures, advertising, negotiating and closing, financing, and Subchapter E, Chapter 17, Business & Commerce Code. More specifically, this course explores the techniques which can be used by the licensee to enhance his or her level of service to the clients and customers while avoiding the mistakes made by some in the past. Finally, this course will discuss the Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act and a practical guide to the implentation and presentation of advertising and marketing.
