Understand the basics of a real estate transaction and how the personalities of the participants involved can make or break the deal. Students will learn to identify their own personality type and how to adapt to those of others as well as how to identify the personality types of those who may interfere with progress and what techniques to use to handle those situations. This course will provide insight on how to practice the self-control crucial to resolving the transaction successfully.
