The REALTOR® Academy is currently offering a full schedule of courses offered via Live Online format. All regularly scheduled pre-license, continuing education and certification courses are available through technology so you can participate from the comfort of your home.
We are tentatively planning on having our campus reopen for in-person classes in the classroom on September 1. Further details on safety and social distancing measures will be announced nearer to that date.
Any extension or changes to this timeline will be announced here as the situation develops.
This continues to be a very fluid situation, but as always, the safety, health, and well-being of our students is of the utmost importance to us. We will remain vigilant as the situation evolves and we will maintain regular communication with you via the REALTOR® Academy and San Antonio Board of REALTORS® website, email, and social media.
Curbside Business Limitations – Curbside business will be limited to textbook pickup. No payments will be accepted on-site, and all transactions will need to be completed over the phone or online before arriving on campus.
Textbook Pickup – Students arriving on-campus for textbook pickup will be asked to park in designated parking spots outside of the school. Signage will be provided with the number to call upon arrival.
Advising Services – Advising will be available by phone and email only. On-campus advising will remain closed to students. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a call-back number and general information about your needs.

Starting July 15, students may enter the building by appointment only for advising and to register for classes.
