COVID-19 Response and Student Information

The REALTOR® Academy is currently offering a full schedule of courses offered via Live Online format.  All regularly scheduled pre-license, continuing education and certification courses are available through technology so you can participate from the comfort of your home. (See policies regarding Live Online courses below.)

Since the onset of COVID-19, the REALTOR® Academy has been closely monitoring recommendations and mandates form government officials as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC).  Though we had tentatively planned on having our campus reopen for in-person classes on September 1, recommendations and mandates from government officials are indicating our original plan to reopen will likely change.

This continues to be a very fluid situation, but as always, the safety, health, and well-being of our students is of the utmost importance to us. We will remain vigilant as the situation evolves and we will maintain regular communication with you via the REALTOR® Academy and San Antonio Board of REALTORS® website, email, and social media.

Advising Services – Advising will be available virtually by appointment, over the phone, and by email. On-campus advising will remain closed to students.

Textbook Pickup – Students arriving on-campus for curbside textbook pickup will be asked to park in designated parking spots outside of the school. Signage will be provided with the number to call upon arrival.

Traditional Online Course Offerings – We offer a full schedule of online courses. See the courses here.

Curbside Business Limitations – Curbside business will be limited to textbook pickup. No payments will be accepted on-site, and all transactions will need to be completed over the phone or online before arriving on campus

Live Online Course Offerings – We will continue to offer a full schedule of Live Online courses. View the schedule here.
